Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set out the rules that apply when you access or use the Cash Path website, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Cash Path Lending LLC (“Cash Path,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1) ELIGIBILITY
To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The Services are intended solely for individuals residing in the United States.

2) RATE AND REPAYMENT INFORMATION
A) Annual Percentage Rate (APR)
The APR represents the annualized cost of borrowing, expressed as a percentage, and may encompass both interest and certain applicable fees. Depending on your individual qualifications and the terms offered by a given provider, the APR for products made available through the Services may be as high as 35%. All APR details and any associated fees will be disclosed to you by the provider before you proceed with any application.

B) Repayment Terms
Repayment schedules vary depending on the provider, the product type, and applicable state law. In general, repayment periods may range from 3 to 24 months, based on the product you select and what is permitted in your state. Your specific payment schedule, due dates, and the total amount you will owe will be communicated to you by the provider before you complete an application or accept any offer.

3) WHAT CASH PATH DOES
Cash Path is an informational and connection platform. We help users explore and compare financial products — including personal loan options and other credit-based products — offered by independent third parties. Cash Path is not a lender, does not extend credit, and does not participate in credit decisions of any kind.

4) NO LOANS AND NO FINANCIAL ADVICE
Cash Path does not originate loans or issue any credit products. Any financial product you may access through the Services is provided exclusively by unaffiliated third parties, such as lenders, issuers, or financial marketplaces. Content available through the Services is intended solely for general informational purposes and should not be construed as financial, legal, or credit advice. Before submitting any application, you should carefully review all terms and disclosures provided by the applicable third-party provider.

5) THIRD-PARTY OFFERS, LINKS, AND SERVICES
The Services may display, link to, or connect with third-party websites, applications, or service offerings (“Third-Party Services”). Cash Path does not own, operate, or control any Third-Party Services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies. Cash Path is not responsible for the content, availability, pricing, eligibility criteria, underwriting decisions, approvals, customer service quality, or any disputes arising from Third-Party Services.

Important: APRs, fees, repayment terms, funding timelines, and eligibility requirements vary by provider and are subject to change. Not all users who inquire will receive an offer. The estimated APR range and repayment timelines described in Section 2 above are provided for general reference only and reflect what third-party providers accessible through the Services may offer.

6) INFORMATION YOU SUBMIT
Certain features of the Services may require you to provide personal or financial information. You agree to ensure that any information you submit is truthful, accurate, and current. You are solely responsible for safeguarding any login credentials and for any activity that takes place under your account.

7) PROHIBITED CONDUCT
When using the Services, you agree not to:
– Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
– Disrupt, interfere with, or compromise the operation or security of the Services
– Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, networks, or systems
– Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Services, except as expressly permitted by law
– Use automated tools such as bots or scrapers to access the Services without our prior written authorization
– Upload or introduce malicious software, viruses, or other harmful code

8) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, software, designs, logos, branding elements, and materials made available through the Services (excluding content you submit) are owned by Cash Path or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

9) FEEDBACK AND SUBMISSIONS
If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions about the Services, you grant Cash Path a perpetual, royalty-free right to use, modify, and incorporate such input without any obligation to compensate you.

10) DISCLAIMERS
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CASH PATH LENDING LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE AVAILABLE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR, THAT THEY WILL BE FREE OF SECURITY VULNERABILITIES, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR RESULTS — INCLUDING THE RECEIPT OF PRODUCT OFFERS — WILL BE ACHIEVED.

11) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASH PATH LENDING LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO ACCESS — THE SERVICES OR ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

Certain jurisdictions do not permit some of the exclusions or limitations described above, so they may not apply to you in full.

12) INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cash Path Lending LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third party’s rights.

13) SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or if we elect to discontinue all or part of the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time without any obligation to notify us.

14) MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS
We may update the Services or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated Effective Date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Services after a modification has taken effect means you accept the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

15) GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and, to the extent not preempted by federal law, by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without giving effect to any choice-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms or the Services shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

16) SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17) ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with any other policies or agreements incorporated by reference (including our Privacy Policy), constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and Cash Path with respect to your use of the Services. They supersede all prior discussions, representations, or understandings between the parties on the same subject matter.
